Sam Walmsley
Auctioneer
Winner of the 2021 REINZ National Auctioneering Championship Open Division, Sam started his auctioneering career in 2015 as the winner of the 2015 Harcourts Most Promising Auctioneer of the Year and the 2015 REINZ Auctioneer with the Most Potential. Since then Sam has called over 2000 real estate auctions.
Sam began his real estate career in 2008 after completing a Bachelor of Property degree at Auckland University. He loves the theatre and excitement of auction, and the fact that when his hammer comes down ownership changes and the sale is final. He has an ability to read the crowd and create an auction room environment which is inclusive, exciting and encouraging. He views each auction as unique, where the same solution does not fit every situation. Sam tailors his approach to the individual circumstances.
Goldie
CEO – Chief Entertaining Officer
Goldie joined the team to oversee daily operations (mainly naps), quality control (especially around snacks), and client wellbeing.
